Had another interview today, this time with Amanda Oxell from the new magazine Blackberry which is a health and beauty magazine that will be out around November this year. We met up for a rewarding talk at the cosy Mocco coffee shop in Stockholm. I’m looking forward to reading the article from this interesting and bright journalist!

I’ve taken some new photos for Miss Earth yesterday at Model House Sweden in Stockholm. They were very professional and made the day fun and easy. The makeup artist that did my makeup Catrine Eriksson did probably a better job with putting on my makeup than anyone else ever have, she was great. Lots of smiley pictures this time 🙂 Bikini photos coming soon… Xxx

The other day I decided to organise my wardrobe and to separate the clothes that I am not wearing and give away to friends and to the charity shop Oxfam. I managed to fill up a big suitcase of clothes to give away! It’s a tricky process because you give away some nice clothes but my motto is that if you haven’t used it for 1 year then I will most probably never use it either. Right?
As I am studying on ways how we can all help to save the planet and our environment in our daily lives for my Miss Earth project I thought it was a good start to give some unwanted clothes away to charity that way they won’t go to waste. There are so many things we just throw away without even thinking about it. If we would start for example with something simple like giving away old clothes to charity instead of throwing them away then that in itself would make a big difference.
Did another cover shoot for Pick me up magazine today for their Christmas issue, in the last shot they dressed me up as miss Santa clause just to play around hehe
I’m thinking of wearing something like this on the evening gown moment for Miss Earth. What do you guys think? Is it nice or too simple?
It has been confirmed that the Miss Earth final is in Manila, Philippines on the 24th of November but the contestants need to be on place already on the 3rd of November for preparations and sponsor meetings. I am looking forward to meeting the delegates from the other countries, and to get to know all those ladies from so many different background and cultures! It will be especially nice to go to Philippines in November when the weather is really cold in Sweden…

I hope everyone has had a good start of the week? I was on the set shooting for the film Rush today, a movie directed by the double-Oscar-winning Ron Howard. The story is about the Formula 1 racing tournament which centres on the rivalry between legendary Austrian championship driver Niki Lauda– played by Daniel Bruhl – and British racer James Hunt played by Chris Hemsworth. It was the longest day though, I had to get up at 2.45 am and be by the transport taking me to where the film was shooting at 3.45 am! The film is set in the 70’s so everyone was wearing clothes from that time, remember flower power, wide jeans etc it was very surreal. Also the film is supposed to be played in the summer time, hence the light clothes so I was freezing cold for 13 hours of filming outside… But it was a great experience and can’t wait to see the film when it comes out in cinemas, December.
My agency just confirmed to me that I am going to take part in this new film on Monday called Rush, I am playing this Italian circuit girl. I really liked the story it’s a film about the Formula 1 racing tournament which centres on the rivalry between legendary Austrian championship driver Niki Lauda – played by Daniel Bruhl – and British racer James Hunt (Chris Hemsworth). Its set in the glamorous and spectacular golden age of Formula 1 racing in the mid 70s, where Rush follows these two drivers lives on and off the track. The story is written by Peter Morgan and directed by the double-Oscar-winning Ron Howard. It will be out in cinemas sometime in December this year so keep an eye out for it.
There is another film out now which I saw recently and it got me excited in taking part in the film Rush. This one is a documentary called Senna, where they have followed Brazilian racing driver Ayrton Senna’s life throughout his career, this handsome and brilliant driver who has won 3 world championships very sadly died at age 34 at the 1994 San Marino Grand Prix. It’s a terribly sad but also inspirational story I can highly recommend watching it for those interested in Formula 1.
